Friends, does the aviation industry sound grand and sophisticated? Do you think the barrier to entry is insurmountable? Don't worry, today, AMP-WIN Aviation Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. – a "young and ambitious" innovative enterprise founded in 2025 – is here to break your stereotypes.

What do we do? Aviation electromagnetic propulsion. Simply put, we build the "heart" for aircraft. eVTOL, eCTOL, eSTOL... Don't worry if you don't understand these acronyms. Just know that our engine power covers from 10 kilowatts to 10 megawatts, suitable for everything from drones to regional aircraft. Moreover, our patented technology makes our engines small, light, powerful, and equipped with fail-safe functions – maximizing safety.
Now, we are recruiting for 6 positions. No 007, no PUA, just a group of colleagues who are serious about technology and occasionally tell jokes.

I. Systems Engineer

A multi-talented individual with expertise in motor, power electronics, and control engineering. You will conduct simulation analysis using Altair Flux and JMag, combine electric motor design with integrated power electronics systems, and design and optimize embedded software control algorithms. You are a technical expert and the anchor of the team.
Requirements: Solid professional background, strong mathematical insight, good communication and interpersonal skills (yes, interpersonal).

II. Electronic Design Engineer

You will use software such as Altium Designer, Fusion/Eagle, etc., to design inverter power electronic devices and processor boards, complete circuit board testing, and determine if the product can be released. The Go/No Go decision is in your hands; even product managers will have to look to you (probably).
Requirements: Solid background knowledge in electronic engineering, with a preference for those with key skills in power electronics. Fluent in English, dare to ask and speak, and can handle deadlines.

III. Mechanical Design Engineer

Proficient in SolidWorks and Fusion 360, capable of creating 3D models and 2D drawings, and serving as a mentor to junior employees. You have no subordinates, but you are the expert.
Requirements: Mechanical/Structural Engineering background, detail-oriented but not rigid, innovative yet willing to compromise.

IV. Software Engineer

You will be responsible for development using technology stacks such as C/C++, QT, Flutter, and wxWidgets, including embedded software development and motor firmware research and development. You will also provide customers with cross-platform, user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) applications for the configuration and monitoring of motor systems. You decide whether the software is released. You are also responsible for customer software – you will handle the demands of our esteemed clients, but we will shield you from the brunt of it.
Requirements: 4-year CS Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience preferred, excellent English proficiency is a must.

V. Chief Production Specialist

This position is the "leader" of the Production Specialist. You will lead, train, praise, and conduct performance evaluations for your team. Did the production deadline slip? You must report the issue through official channels (do not vent privately in chats). You will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), who is responsible for overseeing budget, resource allocation, and planning. You will also be hands-on, assisting with the entire process of motor manufacturing, testing, and pre-shipment re-testing.

Requirements: MTS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree, ability to work under pressure, strong interpersonal skills, willingness to ask questions, and customer-oriented.

VI. Production Specialist

Strong hands-on ability, responsible for manufacturing motors, testing motors, and re-testing before shipment. The quality of the product leaving your hands is your responsibility. No team leadership is required, but 2+ years of experience, fluent English, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
