Product Introduction

EMP200-T1000

The EMP200-T1000 is capable of producing 116 kW continuous power and 200 kW peak power. With operating speed of 1000-2500 RPM, it generates a Torque of 600 Nm continuous and 1000 Nm peak. The weight of this integrated unit is 27kg, and its compact volume is 39.8 cm (diameter) by 22 cm (length). Its max power density is at 7.4 kw/kg. Our next generation version EMP200NG-T1000built on the latest EMPOWER patented architecture will lower the system weight to 20kg, leading tothe most power-dense electric engine of its class, with (max) power density at 10kw/kg. Configured in the EM-POWER patent-pending unique architecture with power-electronics satisfying aviation standards (certifiable by EASA and CAAC), complete with high-density proprietary winding technology, designed with triple redundancy, this unit can be customized to integrate liquid or aircooled system (within the weight requirement). The performance specs summary of the EMP200-T1000 is shown below.

The EMP200-T1000 can output 116kW continuous power and 200kW peak power. At speeds of 1000-2500rpm, its continuous torque reaches 600Nm, and peak torque is 1000Nm. The integrated unit weighs only 27Kg, with compact dimensions of 39.8cm (diameter) × 22cm (length). The maximum power density reaches 7.4kw/kg. The next-generation productEMP200NG-T1000will adoptEMPOWER's latest patented architecture, with a system weight of 20kg,will be the electric motor with the highest power density in its class, with a (maximum) power density of10kw/kg.EM-power's patent-pending unique architecture, equipped with aviation standards (EASA and CAAC certified) and high-density patented winding technology, achieves aviation-safe triple redundancy in the power electronics system. It can be customized to integrate liquid or air-cooled systems based on customer needs and weight requirements. The performance parameter summary of the EMP200-T1000 is shown in the table above.

The EMP200-T1000 electric machine with integrated inverter for motor control offers triple redundancy for aviation safety. The integrated system is designed with minimum distance between the electric machine and the integrated control electronics which minimizes loss and maximizes efficiency. Further, the scalable modular electronics with fast switching Silicon Carbide (SIC) technology combined with short shielded current paths yield highest performance required for high torque aircraft propulsion.

EMP200-T1000The motor control system with integrated inverter providesTripleredundancy. The integrated system adopts a design that minimizes the distance between the motor and the integrated control electronics, minimizing losses and improving efficiency. In addition, it uses fast-switching silicon carbide (SIC) technology's scalable modular electronics, combined with short shielded current paths, enable the highest performance required for high-torque aircraft propulsion systems.

There are three interface connections from the EMP200-T1000 to the aircraft system. Two of them are for DC BUS power cables, one positive and one negative. The third connection is for the data cable.

EMP200-T18There are three interface connections between the 00 and the aircraft system. Two of the interfaces are used for DC bus power lines, corresponding to the positive and negative poles respectively; the third interface is used for the data line.

In summary, the core advantage of the EMP200-T1000 system is in its high power density, efficiency, and the high volumetric power density which translates to less aerodynamic drag, saving additional energy for range or payload!

In summary,EMP200-T1000The system's greatest advantage lies in its high power density, high efficiency, and high volumetric power density, which reduces the aircraft's aerodynamic drag, thereby saving additional energy for range or payload.!

In comparison with the ENGINeUS100 specs, the EMP200-T1000 show distinct advantages in weight and size. The maximum torque and power densities are also dramatically higher leading to more payload and range performance for the aircraft. It should also be noted that the EMP200-T1000 has triple redundant control vs the dual redundancy of ENGINeUS100.
