EMP250DS1-T1800The integrated inverter motor control system provides for aviation safetyfourredundancy. Furthermore, it uses fast-switching silicon carbide(SiC) technology's scalable modular electronic equipment, combined with short shielded current paths, can achieve the highest performance required for high-torque aircraft propulsion systems.
